Ultraviolet Ray Sensor Modules
CJMCU-6002 (Sun Ultravoilet Spectral Intensity Sensor)
Solar Ultraviolet spectral sensor of intensity of analog voltage
Power range: +2.7-5.5VDC
Output signal: analog voltage
The CJMCU-6002 UV sensor module expands the photosensitivity spectrum. It uses an ultraviolet photodiode to detect light in the 240 ā 370nm range (including most of the spectra of UVA and UVB ).
GUVA-S12SD (UV Sensor Module)
The GUVA-S12SD UV Sensor chip is suitable for detecting the UV radiation in sunlight. It can be used in any application where you want to monitor the amount of UV light and it is simple to connect to any microcontroller.
The module, with a typical UV detection wavelength of 240 ā 370nm, outputs a calibrated analog voltage which varies with the UV light intensity so basically all you need to do is connect this to an ADC input and read the ultraviolet intensity values.
