VEML6040 (RGBW-Color-Sensor Breakout / I2C)
The VEML6040 is a small, low power, color sensor that incorporates photo diodes, amplifiers, and analog / digital circuits into a single CMOS chip.
It provides an accurate response to red, green, blue, and white light and outputs the information over an easy to use I2C interface. Furthermore, it provides excellent temperature compensation, keeping the output stable under changing temperatures.
GY also added an LED to improve measurements.

MAX6675 Module + K Type Thermocouple Sensor:
The MAX6675 performs cold-junction compensation and digitizes the signal from a type-K thermocouple. The data is output in a 12-bit resolution, SPI™-compatible, read-only format. This converter resolves temperatures to 0.25°C, allows readings as high as +1024°C, and exhibits thermocouple accuracy of 8LSBs for temperatures ranging from 0°C to +700°C.

MQ-8 (Hydrogen Gas Sensor Module)
MQ-8 Sensor Information: sensitive material MQ- 8 gas sensors used in clean air, low conductivity tin oxide (SnO2). When there is an environment in which the combustible gas sensor, conductivity sensor with increasing concentration of combustible gases in air increases.
