A, Auto Initial Height Detection (IHS)
Torch Cap IHS Retention and IHS Proximity Switches (NPN and PNP), IHS Proximity Switch is backup for Torch IHS Cap Retainer for cutting dirty / rusted piece, which require Anti-Collision Device designed by HYD (optional).
B, torch Anti-collision function
We have designed Touch-Up circuit for Anti-Collision Function. It does not matter is on Auto Model Control Model or Manual, when the head of the flashlight touches the piece, THC would automatically lift flashlight up to IHS height. so, with XPTHC-, even in Manual Control Model, the user does not have to worry about the head crash flashlight.
C, freeze Auto Height Control on Signal Angle
XPTHC-able to recognize Signal Angle from CNC and freeze Car Control Model on receiving this signal, protect the torch voltage peaks (Turning Angle, Kerf Crossing) effectively.
D. Set Pierce Tempo
set the Button (Set PIERCE) to set Pierce Tempo.
E. Manual operation
Many functions can be manually operated on the THC Control Panel as Automatic / Manual, Up and Down, IHS and Arc Start tests …. etc

PTHC-200DC is designed to support almost all plasma cutting for the market, with full industrial height control torch functions. It automatically controls plasma cutting height by monitoring the plasma arc voltage variation during cutting.
