Main Features:
THC main features as follows;
Auto Initial Height Detection (IHS):
Torch IHS Cap Retention and IHS Proximity Switches, IHS Proximity Switch is backup for Torch IHS Cap Retainer for cutting dirty / rusty piece, which need Anti-Collision Device designed by HYD (breakaway kit).
Anti-collision function:
No matter THC is in Automatic or Manual mode, when the head of the flashlight touches the piece, THC automatically lift flashlight up to IHS height. so, with XPTHC-300, user no need to worry about the head flashlight crash.
Freeze Auto Height Control on Signal Angle:
XPTHC-300 would be freezing Automatic Mode on receiving signal angle from CNC system to avoid flashlight for immersion, and we have a unique design to support this function.
Set Pierce Tempo:
Set the Button (Set PIERCE) to set Pierce Tempo.
Manual operation:
Many functions can be manually operated on the THC Control Panel as Automatic / Manual, Up and Down, IHS and Arc Start tests …. etc
Arc tension Split:
Insulation voltage Divide detection, Voltage Split the ratio is 100: 1/50: 1.
